If you are not completely satisfied with your results after this usage period, we will provide a paid return shipping label at our expense upon receipt of the return request within the eligible time period.

To qualify for this money-back guarantee, we request that you use the Luminance RED (to the best of your ability) for 180 days, according to the following instructions, which can be found in the owner’s manual. In order to prevent abuse of our generous policies, we only allow one return of the Luminance RED per customer/household through this money back guarantee program. Any returns of the Luminance RED requested before the expiration of the 6-month usage period for the money back guarantee are subject to an 18% handling fee. Shipping costs are not included.

This money back guarantee is only valid for orders placed directly on this website and shipped to an address in the United States. If the customer refuses delivery of package, Luminance Medical Ventures reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees and/or any customs and duty charges – as well as an 18% handling fee from any refund due. For all international orders placed and shipped outside of the United States, our money back guarantee does not cover return shipping costs.

Replacement parts include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against device defects and are not able to be returned.
